Return Policy

In order to process a return an RMA number must first be obtained from a SHAD Canada. Customers may contact our team by email info@shad-canada.com or SHAD general line (450)272-7434. Unless an order is mistakenly shipped by SHAD, any return must be shipped back to SHAD prepaid and packaged properly to avoid damage. Products must be returned in brand-new condition to be considered for a return. A 25% restocking fee may apply depending on the condition in which the product has been received. SHAD CANADA reserves the right to refuse returns at its own discretion. 
For shipments sent erroneously by SHAD a 10-day period is given to notify SHAD team members, after this 10-day period SHAD will not be responsible for return shipping charges.

  • We do NOT do exchanges. Instead place a new order for the new merchandise that you would like. Return the items that you don't want using our regular return process. Once the return is received a refund will be issued on the original method of payment.
  • Certain products are non-returnable and will be clearly indicated as such on their respective product pages.
  • Any merchandise which has been 'taken out for a ride' is considered used and cannot be returned
  • Any part which has been installed or shows signs of attempting to be installed on a vehicle is non-returnable.
